Yesaya 61:4

61:4 They will rebuild the perpetual ruins

and restore the places that were desolate; ¹ 

they will reestablish the ruined cities,

the places that have been desolate since ancient times.

Yehezkiel 36:10

36:10 I will multiply your people ²  – the whole house of Israel, all of it. The cities will be populated and the ruins rebuilt.
